How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package, the destination country, and the postage type you select. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. This cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge. For orders to Canada and the USA, if your subtotal is $100 USD or more, you can choose free shipping rate at checkout. For international orders over $100 USD, there will be an added option of $25 flat rate shipping. Depending on the weight & destination, the calculated rate might be cheaper. 

When will my order ship out?

Due to the large number of orders I get when new items are released, orders can take up to one week to package. Once the initial surge of orders has passed, orders are mailed out twice a week.

How long does shipping take?

Any shipping estimate provided at checkout does not include processing times. For example, if a shipping speed says 10 business days, that means 10 business days from when Canada Post receives the package. It's just an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe.

Once your order is shipped, you should typically receive your package within these times:

Canada: 1-2 weeks (considered lost after 3 weeks)

USA: 1-3 weeks (considered lost after 4 weeks)

International: 2-4 weeks for airmail (considered lost after 5-6 weeks, dependent on tracking updates.) 

Can I track my order?

If there is tracking available for the postage you selected, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Orders shipped as lettermail will not have tracking. All orders shipped as parcels will have tracking, unless it's not available to your country.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If I sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund, if you prefer.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.

Can I combine orders?

Yes, I can combine orders if they haven't shipped yet. Please contact me by email to request this, not via order note, otherwise I won't see it in time. If I notice two orders going to the same address, I will automatically combine them if it results in cheaper shipping. Any shipping fees saved by combining orders will be refunded.

An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

No, you will have to wait until the next store update, if that item is being made available again. I don't offer pre-orders.

What do the enamel pin grades mean?

Enamel pins are filled and buffed by hand, which leaves room for error in the manufacturing process. I've sorted my pins into two categories, with A grade having the fewest defects, and B grade having the more noticeable defects. Examples of defects are specs under the enamel, scratches, discolored metal, misplaced glitter, missing enamel, etc. The back of the pin is not factored into the grading process since it is not visible. If you want the nicest pin possible, select A grade. If you don't mind more noticeable defects and want a cheaper price, select B grade. Also please note that occasionally pins have wobbly posts on the back. These will not fall out and therefore are not considered a defect.

Can I get larger prints?

I was charged twice or charged for a declined transaction.

If your card was declined, the declined charge will still show on your account temporarily. It should go away within a few business days. If not, contact your credit card issuer. If you attempted to use the card again, and the charge went through, then it will look like you've been charged twice. Again, the declined charge will go away within a few days. PayPal sometimes shows pending charges for two different amounts, but the incorrect one will go away on its own.
